For alpacas and cashmere goats,
shearing comes but once a year!
To maintain our animals trust and well being, we shear them ourselves.
Once the wool has been collected and sorted by us according to the type of fleece (huacaya alpaca for the short fiber, suri alpaca for the long fiber and baby alpaca), we entrust it to a specialist rare fibre spinning mill
in the South-West.
A few months later, we get our yarn bobbins back and the work begins !
Alpaca wool is recyclable, biodegradable, very resistant and it is regarded as hypoallergenic as it does not contain lanolin like sheep's wool.
As for cashmere, this wool is the finest
and the most popular in the world.
We transform these two fibres, extremely warm and soft, into unique products for you.
Our products are all made by hand, using crochet or a manual loom.
Each creation is unique!

We do not wish to dye our wool, we prefer to preserve the original colours of each fleece and its nuances.
